Raj Test Portal provides digital educational test-series access. Please check the plan description and price before payment.

Cancellation

Because this is a digital service, an order generally cannot be cancelled after purchased access has been successfully activated or used.

Refund may be requested when

Payment was successfully debited but purchased access was not provided because of a verified technical/payment issue.
The same order was successfully charged more than once.
An incorrect amount was charged because of a verified portal technical error.

Normally non-refundable

Digital access was successfully activated and used.
The user changes their mind after activation.
Failure to appear in an exam or dissatisfaction with an exam result.
Misuse/violation of terms, subject to applicable law.

Request process

Email rajtestportal@gmail.com or call 8764163219 with registered mobile number, transaction reference, amount, date and issue details.

Timeline

After verification and approval, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. Bank/payment-provider processing may take additional time after initiation.

Failed/Pending payments

Debited failed/pending payments may be automatically reversed by the bank/payment provider. Contact support if the status does not resolve within the applicable provider timeline.
