Name, mobile number and email supplied by you.
Account, login, test-attempt, answer and score information needed to provide the service.
Transaction reference, amount and payment status received from the payment provider.
Server/security data such as IP address, browser/device information and logs where generated.

Use

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide test access/results, reconcile payments, provide support, prevent abuse/fraud and comply with law.

Payments

Payments may be processed by a third-party gateway such as Razorpay. Raj Test Portal does not intend to store raw card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. Information handled directly by a payment provider is subject to that provider's practices.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers where necessary for hosting, security, payment processing, support or legal compliance.

Security, retention and requests

We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as reasonably necessary for service, security, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. For access, correction or deletion-related requests, email rajtestportal@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.
